Using massage oil to lubricate your skin and rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes following blood flow towards the heart, this can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility, whilst relaxing you throughout the hour. Scented hot towels to complete the treatment set you up for the week ahead.
Neck & Shoulder Massage
Our 30 min back and shoulder Swedish massage aims to release tension and relax you after tiring days at an office desk, or lifting and carrying at work or with young children.
